Here are some of the most common types of pain conditions what we work with:
Headaches - Any type of pain in the head. All headaches are a response to underlying metabolic, structural, and/or emotional imbalance. There are many types of headaches, and they are categorized by their symptoms.
Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) - Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) is a multiple-symptom syndrome primarily involving widespread muscle pain, which can be debilitating in it severity. Fibromyalgia shares many of the same symptoms as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and they often show up together. When your most dominant symptom is pain, you are usually diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) - Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) consists of extreme fatigue accompanied by a cluster of symptoms that seem to develop together fairly suddenly, often following an infection. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome shares many of the same symptoms as Fibromyalgia, and they often show up together. When your most dominant symptom is fatigue, you are usually diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Arthritis - Arthritis is the name given to a collection of illnesses whose common features includes any inflammation of the joints, surrounding tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. It is among the oldest known afflictions of human beings, and it can affect virtually every part of your body (from the feet to the knees, back shoulders, and fingers). The effects of arthritis range from slight pain, stiffness, and swelling of your joints to crippling and disability.
Joint/Muscle Pain – This covers pain felt in any joint or muscle, and it often goes hand in hand because the muscles move the joints and the bones create structure for the muscles. In instances where your pain is chronic, see the Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) and Arthritis links above.
