Where are you located?

Who do I speak to about…scheduling an appointment?
You can go to the “Request Appointment” page on this website, or you can call us at 701-206-0703.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. You can also make payment through PayPal.
Do you take payments?
If you are coming into our office for your therapy session, full payment is expected at the time you receive your therapy. If we are doing your session over the phone or via Skype, full payment is expected at the time you schedule your appointment. We do not accept multiple payments for a single therapy session, and because we offer package pricing rates we do not typically offer payment plans.
Does insurance cover this?
At this time, our services are not covered by insurance. It’s best to contact your insurance company to find out what their policy coverage is for alternative therapies. Sometimes your insurance will cover therapy if your primary physician writes a prescription for the therapy. In such a case, we can give you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Who do I call “after hours”?
You can text or call Michele at 701-206-0703. If she does not respond, please leave a short, detailed message and she will get back within 24 hours. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please call 911 or go to the emergency room. Please respect her personal time with her family by saving non-emergency discussions for business hours.
Do you take appointments on weekends or after hours?
Generally, we do not offer appointments outside of our normal business hours. If you are traveling from afar and need multiple appointments within a few days, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I call you at home?
We would appreciate it if you would not call your practitioner at home. Our practitioners love their work, but they need time with their families too. You can leave a short, detailed text/phone message at 701-206-0703, and we will get back to you within 24 hours or less. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please call 911 or go to the emergency room. Please save lengthy discussions for normal business hours.
How do the coaching programs work?
We offer one-on-one coaching and group coaching. While both types of coaching will cover specific topics, the one-on-one coaching gives your specific needs more attention than group coaching is able to. Group coaching offers a more affordable program to you. Both are great options, and we can help you determine which is the best match for you. Please go to the specific coaching program’s page you are interested in to get all other details.

Do you offer package deals?
Yes, we do. You have the option for most services to do them as single sessions. We offer 5-pks and 10-pks for most therapies that give you savings. We do not offer single individual sessions for our Nutrition & Wellness program because we find that a 12-week coaching relationship helps you upgrade your choices to permanent habits.
What do I do if I fall into a “crisis state” and your office is closed? Is there emergency contact information?
During your session, we will discuss potential reactions and give you instruction on how to handle them. If you enter a crisis state and our office is closed, you can text/call 701-206-0703 and leave a message. We do our best to get back to you right away in such cases, but if your symptoms are extreme you need to call 911 or go to the emergency room.
