Your body, mind, and spirit orchestrate the synchronistic relationships that determine your experience of well-being. Disturbances (most often felt as physical symptoms) are clues of imbalance within these relationships. Core Synchronism combines energy balancing techniques with the purpose of supporting the overall communication and cooperation of your physical (body), mental-emotional (mind), and energy (spirit) systems to reduce your eliminate your stress.
Core Synchronism therapy is a system of hand medicine (the laying on of hands) designed to:

- establish harmony and balance between your physical, mental-emotional, and energy bodies

During Your Therapy Session
We will begin your session with a quick question and answer to determine what is going on and where the problem areas are in your body. Sometimes unrelated symptoms give us clues about what is going in the physical body now, so be sure to give an honest account of all symptoms even if they don’t appear to be related to what’s got your attention in the present moment. The other purpose of the Q/A is to determine if you have sensitivities to aromas and to familiarize you with the routine so that you can let go and relax. Your comfort is our first priority, so please take this time to ask any questions or give us any feedback.

Your session will take place in the therapy room where you will remain fully clothed. We will begin your session with you lying on your back. When it’s time to balance your spine, we will have you turn onto your side. We can modify how we give your therapy if it is not possible for you to lay on your back or side.
Your session will be comprised of a variety of techniques where the hands will be used to apply gentle pressure to release resistance and pain in the body. Essential Oils and Flower Remedies may also be used to compliment the effect of your release.
Your practitioner is a body mechanic. Once an imbalance is found, they will apply repatterning techniques to interrupt the friction-inflammation-pain cycle. Because of the interconnectedness of the body, your practitioner may apply pressure points on regions of the body that are away from the area of pain. Your practitioner will allow their intuition to guide them in the way that your therapy session needs to unfold. Your therapy session will be comprised of the techniques that your practitioner feels will best address the underlying root cause of your symptoms.
You may feel some discomfort during your session but this is only to get that body part to release its resistance to balance. Even if discomfort is felt, we will work within a level that is comfortably tolerable to you, based on your feedback throughout the session. Once balanced, your pain should be alleviated. Your body will only heal in a relaxed state, so the focus of your therapy session will be to interrupt resistance and facilitate relaxation. You may find that you get so relaxed that you fall asleep during your session.
How does a Core Synchronism treatment work?
Pain is the result of your body part (physical, mental/emotional, or energy) being out of rhythm with the wave-like motion we refer to as the “core current.” Disharmonious motion causes the friction-inflammation-pain cycle you are experiencing. By re-establishing balance between the affected body part and the core current, harmony is restored.

What conditions does Core Synchronism treat?
Core Synchronism does not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition; therefore, it is not pathology specific. Because Core Synchronism is a gentle and safe, deeply relaxing, light-touch therapy that addresses your energy imbalances, it has no contraindications and it can help most acute or chronic conditions.

How does this work without deep manual manipulation?
Your physical body is a reflection of its energy patterns. By addressing imbalances on an energetic level, we do not need to force balance through deep manual manipulation of the physical body. Core Synchronism is designed to re-establish this balance and harmony through gentle, light-touch therapy.
After Your Therapy Session
You may notice immediate improvement in the way you feel, but noticeable improvements are not always experienced by the end of your therapy session. It is possible for it to take up to 24 hours for you to start to notice changes. We encourage you to get in touch with us to share how you’re feeling the following day.

Generally, when you get off the table you should feel more relaxed and notice improvement in your overall feeling of well-being. If improvement seems minimal, it may take more time for you to integrate your therapy session before you notice a bigger improvement. Your mind-body will continue to unwind and integrate the healing benefits you received during your therapy session over the next 24-72 hours.
To effect the best possible integration of your therapy session, be sure to boost your consumption of purified water the day of your session and for 24-48 hours afterwards. This helps flush toxins and stagnant energy from your body. Take a sauna, hot bath or foot soak using Epsom salts or apple cider vinegar. This is a very relaxing way to flush out toxins while pampering yourself.
Although not required, honor your body by resting immediately following your therapy session. Leaving your superhero cape off for the remainder of the day is one of the most supportive choices you can make to facilitate improvement.
Will this therapy session heal me?
In each therapy session, your therapist is determining imbalances and retraining disruptive patterns that are causing your symptoms. We cannot predict how long it will take before you will be able to hold energy balance.
Core Synchronism practitioners are not healers. We hold the view that healing is an inside job and it is accomplished by your individual life force; the coordination and cooperation of your physical, mental-emotional, and energy systems; and your willingness to take appropriate action steps to create change and improvement.
Core Synchronism practitioners are mechanics. Their responsibility is to listen to you and interrupt the stress patterns held in your body, which will help you re-establish and hold balanced energy motions and synchronistic relationships.
